One of our courses on New Years Eve: Bon Appetit’s cover recipe, Roasted Vegetable Tart. Some of my goals for the new year: try cooking all of the BA cover recipes! Use my cookbooks more. Dance more. Run another half-marathon (or two). Do yoga once a week. Try getting more sleep. Drink more water. Laugh a lot. Spend lots of time with friends. Make it count.
